The Good Vibes Good Life by Vex King is a self-help book in which the author talks about essential things like self-love, the law of attraction, the subconscious mind, humility, failure, meditation, empowering thoughts, and living a more extraordinary life. To me this book appealed to me in different forms like - I understood that change the way you think, feel, speak, and act, and you begin to change your world. Talking about Self-love, the book says - improving yourself and your life is also self-love because it means you recognize that you deserve more than settling for mediocrity. This book will teach us about the benefits of staying positive, having a positive perspective, and how to stay positive and improve yourself. The author makes a very interesting point regarding self-love and ensures the reader understands his take on what self-love is. His definition of self-love is- “Self-love is the balance between accepting yourself as you are while knowing you deserve better, and then working towards it.” If you haven’t read much about self-love, personal development, self-improvement, the law of attraction etc. and want to get started this book could be a great choice for you.
